and work with only one business in one city in a specific niche.
When we open up our schedule to work with a specific niche in a specific city we
commonly talk to dozens of competing companies in order to find the best company
to promote in Google as the market leader.
We have created this exclusivity clause to ensure that over the next few days you
can review this proposal without any concerns about our entering into an agreement
with your competitors. It would be unfair for one of our marketing consultants or
our company to sign an agreement with a competitor in the middle of you making a
decision and reviewing our proposal.

Overview Summary
Objective: The objective is simple, by creating and optimizing a wide range of online
content for your business, (websites, videos, images, online business listings, special offers,
etc.) will allow you to dominate the 1st Page of Google’s search results for profitable terms
and phrases used by your potential customers looking for your products and services locally.
To “dominate” means having Your Business occupy MULTIPLE positions on Page#1 thus
pushing your competition off the page and converting as many potential customers to YOUR
customers in the process
The Local Search Arena is very competitive and will continue to be more competitive each
and every month as more and more businesses enter this space and are competing for the
same 10 positions on Page #1 of Google’s search results. This is why it’s critical that your
