The location of the Plot of Land is marked on the location map in Annex 1 of the Contract. 2. The Contract will enter into force as of the date of its signing and is valid until 01.09.2024. The use of the object of Contract outside the specified dates will be agreed upon separately. 3. The lessee has the right and obligation to use the object of Contract according to its intended purpose and the lessor has the obligation to allow the intended use of the object of Contract from the date of the signing until 01.09.2024. The object of Contract is considered to be used according to its intended purpose when the use complies with clause 6 of the Contract. Should the Lessor withdraw from the concluded contract during this time, he or she is required to organise the continuous maintenance for the area until 01.09.2024. 4. In order to vacate the object of Contract after the expiry of the Contract, the Lessee is required to remove and organise transport for the inventory installed on the object of Contract. 5. Land tax for the object of Contract will be paid by....................................... /Lessor/Lessee/. 6. The intended purpose for the use of the object of Contract is cutting and removing tree and scrub layers to achieve a coverage of up to 30%, grazing stock and installing inventory necessary for this (hereinafter referred to as inventory). 7. Lessor has the right to: SAMPLE 7.1. issue to the Lessee precepts of a mandatory nature, which include preventing the deterioration of the technical state of the object of Contract in case the Lessee violates legislation, the Contract, its annex(es) or environmental requirements set by the Environmental Board while using the object of Contract 7.2. organise emergency and construction work on the object of Contract, if necessary. The Lessor will give the Lessee at least a 5 (five)-day notice before the start of possible construction work 7.3. monitor the intended use, preservation and maintenance of the object of Contract proceeding from the Contract 7.4. assess the improvements and changes made on the object of Contract 7.5. demand contractual penalty and fines for delay pursuant to the bases specified in the Contract or legislation 7.6. perform forest maintenance on the Plot of Land. 8. Lessor is required to: 8.1. Inform the new landowner of the Contract in case the Plot of Land is sold, whereas the new landowner must accept the valid contract in writing without amendments. In case the Plot of Land is sold during the validity of this Contract, the current Contract will remain valid. 9. Lessee has the right to: 9.1. use the object of Contract pursuant to legislation and the Contract 9.2. install necessary inventory (including stock yards, gates, drinking devices, livestock shelters, information board) on the Plot of Land in order to ensure purposeful use, cull and remove the tree and scrub layers to achieve a coverage of up to 30% and graze stock on the land 9.3. surround the grazed areas with a fence, electric fence or a similar structure in order to prevent cattle from leaving the grazed area 9.4. apply for grants in order to restore and maintain the land 9.5. allow access to the Plot of Land for forestry work. 10. Lessee is required to: 10.1. use the Plot of Land according to the intended purpose specified in the current Contract and conditions agreed upon 10.2. adhere to the obligations specified in legislation and the Contract in his or her actions 10.3. grant Lessor’s representative(s) unlimited access to the object of Contract in order to ensure that the Lessee complies with the terms and conditions set in the Contract 10.3. use the object of Contract prudently and without damaging the object of Contract 10.4. compensate the damage caused to the object of Contract and the damage caused by stock to the lessor or a third party at his/her expense 10.5. ensure the technical and aesthetic maintenance of inventory throughout the Contract’s period of validity at his/her own expense 10.6. repair or remove damaged inventory and put the damaged object of Contract to order at his/her own expense 10.7. pay the Lessor for the use of the Plot of Land (hereinafter referred to as Rent) ............................. /sum in numbers/ euros per year, whether once a year on a specific date as a prepayment, which is............................../date/ or in……………….(number) instalments on the dates……………………….……………………and………………………………of the same year 10.8. ensure access to coastal areas and roads and paths on the Plot of Land 10.9. preserve boundary markers, ditches and roads on the Plot of Land.
