Below is information to help answer many of your questions concerning spring sports sign-ups,
physicals, eligibility paperwork and spring sports meeting dates.
-MEETINGSEach High School sport will have an individual pre-season parent/athlete meeting that is
designed to provide information on the season, discuss eligibility, ask questions, and get
everyone fired up about another season of Saber Athletics!

-ELIGIBILITY PAPERWORKEligibility paperwork is available online. Everyone is strongly encouraged to register online
or print and fill out your eligibility paperwork prior to attending a parent/athlete meeting.
For student/athletes to be eligible for the first day of practice they must have turned in:
o Eligibility paperwork
 Students who completed paperwork in the fall and/or winter only need
the “Emergency Medical Information Form” and fee
o Have an updated physical on file – an updated physical is one within the past 3 years
– 6th - 7th graders must have had a physical since the spring of 2013
o Paid activity fee – 6th, 7th & 8th grade $65 and 9th through 12th grade $120



at 6:00pm
in the West Junior High Auditorium
All interested athletes and their parents are encouraged to attend.
-PAPERWORK-

Please see information on other side on eligibility paperwork, physicals and activity fees.

East Junior High students will be able to turn in their paperwork and activity fee in the EJH
Activities Office anytime on Monday’s & Wednesday’s.

West Junior High students will be able to turn in their paperwork and activity fee in the WJH
Activities Office anytime on Tuesday’s & Thursday’s.

Pearson students will be able to turn their paperwork in at either Junior High or at the
High School Activities Office.

All paperwork must be in before the first day of practice in order to be able to participate.
