ORIENTATION INFORMATION PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY *** ORIENTATION DATES LISTED BELOW *** When you arrive at Minnesota State University, Mankato, it is very important that you contact the Kearney International Center to check in and collect your Orientation Packet. When checking in, all International Students Must Bring: The Minnesota State University, Mankato I-20 (or DS 2019) Form issued to you Your Passport Your I-94 Card (This is a white card provided to you upon entry into the USA) Any other official Admissions-related documents you may possess Students transferring from another USA college/university/ESL Center must ALSO bring: The I-20 (or DS 2019) Form from your previous USA college/university and all other U.S. academic institutions previously attended Proof (updated transcript) of your last semester/quarter enrollment at the previous college/university/ESL center Any other official Admissions-related documents you may possess All international students must complete the “New International Student Orientation” session. You will not be able to register for classes until you complete the Orientation. You are REQUIRED to check in at the Kearney International Center no later than 3 PM (Minnesota Time) on January 5, 2011. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND ALL ORIENTATION DAYS January 5 - 7, 2011 (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) Staff/Orientation/2010-2011/20115 We advise students to arrive a day or two prior to orientation to allow for travel adjustments, but due to limited office hours between 12/ 24/10 - 1/1/11, we recommend that you plan to arrive between January 2 and January 5, 2011.
