EHR-S-LRI-11: When OBX-11 is valued “I” for all OBXs for an OBR, then its OBR-25 SHALL be
valued “I”.
EHR-S-LRI-12: When OBX-11 is valued “F” for all OBXs for an OBR, then its OBR-25 SHALL be
valued “F”.
EHR-S-LRI-13: When OBX-11 is valued “F” for at least one OBX for an OBR and all other OBXs for
the same OBR are “N” or “D”, then its OBR-25 SHALL be valued “F”.
EHR-S-LRI-14: When OBX-11 is valued “C” or “A” or “B” or “D” for at least one OBX for an OBR,
then its OBR-25 SHALL be valued “C”.
EHR-S-LRI-15: When OBX-11 is valued “P” for at least one OBX for an OBR and no OBX-11 is “C”

EHR-S-LRI-14: When OBR-25 is valued “X”, then there SHALL be NO OBX, or OBX-11 SHALL be
valued “I” for all OBXs for the OBR.
