THE LOREM IPSUMS SPRING 2016

MOM WEEK!

Thank you to all the Mom’s, teachers, and guest speakers who came to make MOM week a fun and supportive week!

This year we had 5 different dance classes and special guest speakers come in to teach our

Mom’s how to get their GROOVE ON!

Our Mom’s worked and sweated it out with our teacher Lauren in strength and conditioning class. Got a taste of modern dance with Jamali.

Became “ video vixens ” in a class with Sherema and learned choreography used by Beyoncé and

Tina Turner. And learned vital self-defense techniques and tactics from a special guest presenter.

We hope to continue to having MOM Week classes and MOM Week! If you have already participated, KEEP GOING! And if you missed this MOM Week don’t miss out on these great opportunities next time!
