RESOLUTION 2015-011
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town of Olla, a Louisiana Municipal Government:
Granting unto Rhonda Elliott, Mayor of the Town of Olla, the authority to sign any and all
documents necessary, including but not limited to corrective instruments, in order to complete the Olla
Streetscape Project.
This resolution was presented to the council on motion of Al Cassel, seconded by Joe Rachal, and
adopted by the following vote:

THUS DONE AND SIGNED by the Mayor of the Town of Olla, Rhonda Elliott, signifying adoption
thereof in Olla, LaSalle Parish, Louisiana this 11th day of August , 2015.
