HOW NOMINATIONS ARE RATED
The CUPE Teaching Awards Committee’s decisions are based solely on the information that you
provide on this nomination form.
The CUPE Teaching Awards Committee looks for nominations which present specific details about a
candidate's interaction with students, and clear examples illustrating strong, positive impact on students'
learning.
The more clearly the Subcommittee can “see” the candidate in the role of exemplary instructor, the more
highly the Committee will rate that nomination.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Present specific details about your experience with the candidate, providing clear examples that highlight the
skills, abilities and attributes of the candidate that demonstrate a positive impact on students and their
learning.
The comment box will expand to receive as much information as you wish to supply.
