Girls Swim team members: We are going to have a mandatory Girls swimming meeting on Monday, November 9 at 5:30 pm in the Cookie Corner of the Cafeteria (Weiser) The November meetings of the Pennbrook Baking Club will be Tuesday, November 10 and Thursday, November 19. Both meetings will be in room 50 from 3:00 – 5:00. Attention all Middle School Wrestlers…. You now have the opportunity to participate in preseason workouts for all North Penn Middle School wrestlers. The workouts will run every Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 pm till 7:30 pm starting Monday November 2nd though Wednesday November 11th. The workouts will be held at the High School wrestling room. The workouts are open to all 7th, 8th grade North Penn School District students along with any 9th grade or HS wrestlers who can't attend the High School workouts due to a fall sport conflict. The workouts will cover all aspects of wrestling and conditioning. All wrestlers are welcome regardless of experience. Students who have never wrestled and are interested in wrestling are encouraged to attend. We will be holding a mandatory, introductory meeting on Thursday November 12 at 11:15 am in the gym for 7/8 Wrestlers. Details about the season, practices, tournaments, and matches will be communicated at this meeting Permission slips to participate in the school play this year are due to the bin by Mrs. Behren’s desk by next Thursday, November 12th. Any 7, 8, or 9th grader interested in cheering and performing dances at the basketball games should attend the Winter Cheerleading informational meeting on Friday, November 13th at 11:40 in the IMC. All girls, grades 9th through 12th are invited to try-out. In order to try-out, all necessary paperwork must be completed. Any 8th or 9th grader interested in joining Pennbrook’s Ski and Board club, there will be an informational meeting held on Wednesday November 18th in the old gym during Penn Time. The Volunteer Corps will be collecting Toys for Tots now through December. Please bring new and unwrapped toys for children in need. Collection bins are outside Mr. Krall’s room in 7th grade hallway, at the entrance to the mods, and outside Mr. O’Brien’s room in the 9th grade hallway.
