Congratulations, here comes the fun stuff!
As this school year continues, we will celebrate BIG your achievements and accomplishments with
senior activities to include the following:

All of the above will be covered by one low cost! The Class of 2016 Fees is $300.00. The $300.00 can be
paid in full or in four installments of $75.00 each.
Payment 1 – Due December 12, 2014
Payment 2 – Due February 19, 2015
Payment 3 – Due April 16, 2015
Final Payment – June 25, 2015
Our hope/intention with paying all the senior activities prior to the beginning of the Senior Year, this will
decrease some of the financial strain for this exciting time as you will be taxed with invitations, cap and
gowns, college preparations, etc. and most importantly allow us to take advantage of savings on booking
event halls early.
All fees can be paid by cash, check, money order or cashier check. Please make checks payable to
“Collegiate Success Booster Club” with driver’s license and student name on the check.

We encourage participation from all students, as refunds will not be issued events not attended either
by choice, disciplinary reasons student leave Cedar Hill Collegiate, or any other reason.

Note: Transportation will be provided from Cedar Hill Collegiate High School to Group Dynamix and
back to Collegiate. All seniors must ride bus. It will leave Collegiate High School approximately 11:00pm
and return approximately 7:00am CST (next morning).
IMPORTANT NOTE: The final date to pay all Senior Fees is June 25, 2015. Ticket sales will be
reopened for the following events only: Senior Breakfast, Awards Banquet and Jr/Sr Prom. Due to
scheduling and contract commitments, Collegiate Success Booster Club (on behalf of Class of 2016) will
not be able to reopen ticket sales for Sports Day, Movie Night, Bowling and Lock-In once final deadline
has passed.
Tickets for each event will be delivered to students no earlier than two weeks prior to event. Ticket sales
will be advertised with due dates provided.

Senior Class of 2016
Activity Participation Agreement
The Class of 2016 will be participating in activities throughout the year. The following rules and
procedures will be followed by all participating Seniors.
Senior activities Rules/Guidelines:
All 2016 seniors must abide by all Cedar Hill Collegiate High School and Cedar Hill
Independent School District Code of Conduct provisions during all senior activities and events to
include activities which are held both on and off CHISD property.
Refunds:
NO REFUNDS of fees paid will be issued foe events not attended either by choice, disciplinary
reason, student leave Cedar Hill Collegiate, or any other reason.
Senior Fees may be paid in installments or in one payment. All Fees are due NO LATER than
June 25, 2015.
Payment 1 – $75.00 due December 12, 2014
Payment 2 – $75.00 due February 19, 2015
Payment 3 – $75.00 due April 16, 2015
Final Payment – $75.00 due June 25, 2015
Fees not paid in full will be used to cover events already attended at the individual ticket price
(not the discounted price as included in the fees).
No student will be allowed to participate in ANY senior activity without a signed Class of 2016
Contract and/or liability/waiver forms (see attached) with the exception of graduations. Any
violation of the Activity Agreement may result in the forfeiture of all fees paid, exclusion from
all future senior activities and/or the exclusion of participation in the Graduation Commencement
Ceremony. Disciplinary action for violations will be determined by the principal.
