Brown B.Ed (Hons) July 3rd Dear parent, Summer Fair A very BIG thank-you to Catherine, Avril and the whole PTFA committee for organising another wonderful Summer Fair for us all to enjoy. It takes months of planning and hard work to create something as good and we are so grateful for the time, creativity and skill of all those involved. Thank-you too, for the muscle power of the many parents and friends who helped create the scene and dismantle it at the end. Once again the weather was kind and I’m sure you’ll agree, it was a really enjoyable family day and raised a staggering £5,500. 2013 End of KS1 SATs Results Reading Writing Maths Science L2c National average in 2012 87% 83% 91% 89% 2013 Score L2c + 91% 81% 93% 88% L2b National average in 2012 76% 64% 76% n/a 2013 Score L2b+ 83% 62% 77% n/a L3 National average in 2012 27% 14% 22% 21% 2013 Score L3 33% 8% 30% 33% These are excellent results and we are delighted.
