You must create a weather forecast for the upcoming weather in your city (you can make up a city or choose any one that you would like). You may also choose the time of year as well. The forecast must include: What is currently happening in your area (warm front) What is headed your way (cold front) What is going to happen when the front moves in What it will be like after the front moves through Make sure to include the following vocabulary: Warm from Cold front High pressure Low pressure Specific cloud types (think of the 9 types we studied and their connection to the weather) Weather instruments Weather maps Specific types of precipitation Video Details: You must type up a script on Google Docs that you will share with your group members. No group will be able to record their video until you have shared your script with Mrs. Trawinski. The video can be no more than 5 minutes. You may include one commercial that is weather related. You must conduct one interview during the video. You must show a weather map AND describe what is/will happen with the weather. You must describe what the TV viewers should expect (clouds, temperature, wind, precipitation, etc.) We will record our videos in the Media Center on Wednesday and Thursday.
