Link 1 is renovated website of Gujarat Foundation.

Link 3 uploads data and image to the server (mySQL and Hosting). When the user clicks
upload button, on the completed form, the data is uploaded and presented to the user in
HTML table along with the image.
Link 4 demonstrates my skill in using PHP, MySQL and JavaScript together. In Link 5, I
have used PHP, MySQL and Javascript. Both, test/mot are multiple option test containing
50 questions, each question having four options as answer. User has to select an answer
by selecting a radio button. When user enters the site, a form is provided for him to enter
his name, name of his father and his surname. This data is entered in mySQL table viz.
candidates. His marks are calculated and displayed in a textbox when he clicks Check Quiz
button. When user clicks submit button, his marks are entered in table viz. marks and
name of all candidate and their marks are displayed in html table.
Link 6 depicts my effort to develop a website using PHP, HTML and Javascript for
developing UI.
The level of my skill in PHP and scripting is basic. I am proficient in HTML (including DIV
tags and TABLES). The navigation buttons that you see in the webpage are prepared by
me using photoshop. I can work with photoshop to design graphics used as interface in
webpages/softwares. I can also work with coreldraw to generate
brochures/literatures/advertisements etc.
I had selected Meghmani’s website on random basis for the purpose of learning and this
was not an assignment. Neither is this a completed work. This is just an attempt for
learning PHP development and localize a website in Gujarati. Link 7 demonstrates the use
of character code for developing a web site in Gujarati. There is unlimited scope of
improving the design you are looking at.
Translation:
Gujarati is my mother tongue while Hindi is my National Language, and I can very well
translate from English to Gujarati, Gujarati to English and from Hindi to English. I can
proofread/edit the translated matter from English to Gujarati, Gujarati to English and Hindi
to English. I undertook 35 projects of translation of documents pertaining to clinical
trials(ICF - Informed Consent Forms, Patient Information Sheets, and Questionnaires)
conducted by Torrent and Cadila, when I was working with Kope Initiatives. I also
translated a book on process of masonry work from Gujarati to English (7375 words).
