Pray for: Calvary Church
Calvary Church (Senior Pastors: John & Valerie Malcolm, meets YMCA, TST) was founded more than 25
years ago. We are an International Church, who are locally engaged and globally minded with the
mandate entrusted to us by our Lord Jesus Christ. Our vision is very simple, to Win the lost, Build them
up (discipleship), Send (release people into their destinies). We are a church planting movement. By
the grace of God we were able to plant many churches in Hong Kong and in the nations of the
world. Our desire is to see this world won for Jesus. How do we do that? Reaching out to One person

Pray for: Kowloon International Baptist Church
Kowloon International Baptist Church, Kowloon Tong (Senior Pastor, Dr. Harry Lucenay) was
established next to the Hong Kong Baptist University in January, 1961. This English speaking
congregation is the church home of people from over 30 nations. The congregation is involved in
mission work throughout Asia. The church enjoys worship services which focus on biblical teaching,
different music styles, and translation in Chinese languages.
Today, we would ask you to join us as KIBC is praying for God’s guidance in the provision of space for
the overflowing Bible studies and worship services.

Pray for: St John’s Cathedral and its daughter churches
St John’s Cathedral and its daughter churches at St Stephen’s Stanley, Discovery Bay and Bethany,
Pokfulam congregations are diverse and engaging with over 2500 people on a Sunday worshipping God
at these Anglican Churches.
Heavenly Father, we pray for St Johns Cathedral and its’ daughter churches in Pokfulam, Stanley and
Discovery Bay that you may strengthen them as the body of Christ with the Holy Spirit, so that they
have the mind of Christ amongst them and equip their disciples to serve with love the world you sent
to save. May their ministry take the form of His cross as they proclaim His resurrection and look
forward to His coming in glory. Amen

for all their outreach ministries.

Pray for: Joyful Harvest Fellowship

Joyful Harvest Fellowship (JHF) was founded 7 years ago. Currently, we have a balance mix of families,
youths and children. Our focus is on worship, making disciples and disciple-makers. Two other JHF
congregations with similar DNA and approach to ministry were planted outside of Hong kong.
Prayer needs for all three churches include, 1) successful discipleship and mentoring; 2) achieving

(Located in Kwun Tong Founding Pastors Rob & Glenda Rufus, Pastors: Ryan & Kylie Rufus)
City Church International was started on the 4 June 2004 by Rob and Glenda Rufus. The first meeting
was held in their home in Sai Kung with eighteen people in attendance. It met there for next three
months growing steadily until the house became too small to hold everyone. CCI then moved into the
Hi-Tech center in Kowloon Bay. There it continued to grow, reaching both local Chinese people and
foreigners alike. The headphone translation system was first introduced there but in recent times we
have moved to up front translation for the entire service as a means to reach more local Chinese
people. After two years of being in the Hi-Tech center we decided to move again to a more central
location that would serve us better. We relocated to Yau Ma Tei, to meet in a theatre in the YWCA main
hall on Man Fuk Road. We are currently around 100-150 members made up of an equal amount of local
Chinese people and foreigners.
"To bring people to Jesus and membership in His family. To develop them into Christ-like maturity and
equip them for their ministry in the church and their life mission in the world in order to magnify God's
name” is the church’s mission
Prayer points:
We're going to multiple services this year. Adding a Saturday night service. Would appreciate prayer
for that.
Success for our Alpha courses we'll run this year. One starting in April and one starting in September.
Both run for 10 weeks.
For our Integrate Groups (home groups). We'll be focusing on them more this year. Want to see more
people attending, more leaders raised up, more groups started.

Shatin Church is an international, English-speaking Anglican church grounded in God's Word and

Pray for: Jesus in Mong Kong Church
Easter 2015 will mark the 7th year of Pastor Ken Harley and his friends serving Jesus in Mongkok,
Hong Kong. Pastor Ken sees JESUS ministering and encouraging people in Mongkok and Hong Kong-THEN WE MUST FOLLOW JESUS!
Jesus in Mongkok was developed when Pastor Ken Harley saw a vision of Jesus in 2007 walking in
Mongkok as a giant walking through Sai Yeung Choi Street. Pastor Ken then felt 'the call' to follow
Jesus and serve, love and pray for people in the Mongkok area of Kowloon and throughout Hong Kong.
Please pray for Pastor Ken, his family and friends that they will continue to share Jesus' love with the
lost and needy in Mongkok and Hong Kong. Please pray for those in despair in Mongkok and
throughout Hong Kong that they will meet Jesus, the Great Shepherd and they will rest in Him and
experience His Healing, Love and Joy! Amen.

We are a community of faith helping people to find God and make Him real in their lives, meeting on
the south side of Hong Kong Island.
Our church began around 20 years ago as a layman’s church—a church run by ordinary people seeking
God together and studying His Word together; an evangelical, interdenominational community
comprising the gifts, service, and participation of all.
Prayers much appreciated for Faith Community Church:
May God our Heavenly Father grant us the spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that we may know Him
better (Eph 1:17). In this way, the church may grow in breadth in numbers, and depth in spiritual
maturity.
May the Lord Jesus empower the Ministry Teams be built up, to stand firm in one spirit, and contend as
one man for the faith of the Gospel (Phil 1:27). In this way, we work together to fulfill FCC's mission to
help people find God and make Him real in their lives.
May the Holy Spirit our Counselor prompts us to have clean hands and pure hearts, and guide us into

Sky City Church (Wanchai) is an international church that was founded in 2010 by Ps Wayne and
Melody Crook.
At its core, Sky is enthusiastic about pioneering and communicating the Gospel by all means possible
to our local and global community. Using innovation and creativity, Sky is continually exploring new
avenues through film and media, outreach events and ministry programs in order to connect people of
all ages to Jesus.

The Methodist International Church presently meets in SKH Tang Shiu Kin school while its building is
being redeveloped.
On Sunday seven congregations worship four languages through the day.
Praise God that the congregations have moved well;
that we are using the new space beneficially
and that the staff team have grown together and in experience as we have done this.

Authentic Worship Ministries (Central) was found by God’s grace under the leadership of Rev. Laszlo
Kincs. It started as a small local ministry, aim at bringing people to experience God and to encourage
them to build an intimate personal relationship with God. AWM is well-known of its spontaneous
worship singing the Word of God and the prophetic anointing in personal prayers and parable teaching.
Specific Prayer needs:
We thank God for His care and faithfulness throughout all these years. God has released a vision to us
this year, to extend our tent to Kowloon side. We are currently seeking God for more details. Please
keep us in prayers for our financial needs, as Authentic Worship doesn’t have a tithing system, we live
by faith through love offerings. We believe in the impossible, as with God everything is possible.
We are planning evangelical events this year, to reach out more souls for the Lord. Pray that God open
doors for all the logistics and giving the right strategy.
We have sent our first full-time missionary from HK to Europe. Pray for God's protection and wisdom,
open doors to establish the Authentic Worship services in EU.

Today is a special day, as we join hands with the city’s 1200+ Chinese churches and pray for them.
Pray that the Lord will show the international church members how best we can ‘wash the feet’ and
serve our Chinese brothers and sisters. Pray for their leaders and for every member of their
congregations. Pray for unity in their churches and amongst churches and denomination, that they
would be an effective witness in a largely Chinese-speaking city. Pray for evangelistic zeal and a
renewed heart for justice in our city.

Ambassador International Church meets at the Conrad Hotel in Admiralty, and has a vision to help
others follow Christ. Give thanks for the provision of new church offices during 2014 which has allowed

Pray for: St Stephen’s (Hang Fook Vineyard)
St Stephen’s Society exists to preach the gospel, reach the poor and see people set free through faith
in Jesus Christ. Our heart is to go to the ends of the earth to make disciples.
Jackie Pullinger came from England to Hong Kong over 40 years ago. She started sharing the love of
Jesus Christ with gangsters and the poor in the Kowloon Walled City. She began to see them set free
from drug addiction and start new lives. Today, many of the people who met Jesus and came off drugs
in Hong Kong have gone to other countries in Asia to share what Jesus has done.
We are still dealing with all kinds of addictions. We have several homes where those with such
problems can come, meet Jesus, be set free and healed, and learn what it is to follow Him.
Our heart is not that they stay and live with us, but that once they have tasted of His sweetness, they
will go to the ends of the earth to share what they have tasted. So now, we have those who have gone
out from here, live in the poorest countries of Asia and the Indian Subcontinent and share the Gospel
with those who have not yet heard

We are on one of the busiest streets in the heart of Kowloon - 138 Nathan Road. – with four English
services at 8:30am, 9:45am, 11:30am, and 5pm or our Putonghua Service at 2pm.
St Andrew's belongs to the Anglican (Sheng Kung Hui) Province of Hong Kong and is in the Diocese of
Western Kowloon.
Main prayer concerns for St. Andrew's is we complete the Life Centre in a way that honours God and
blesses the community; we pray for financial provision and that our construction company will be
aware of the miracles! Pray too for God to be at work in all the changes we face as we move into life

We live in a world where we often, if we are honest, end up glorifying and exalting ourselves more than
our Lord. Watermark Community Church is entering its 5th year, on the western side of Hong Kong
Island. We thank God, that thus far, He has given us Cyberport, in Pokfulam, to meet at. Pray that He
would continue to provide a place of worship for our growing congregation. As a young church, we
would ask you to pray that we would not lose focus on why we exist as a church family… “We exist for
the glory of the Lord and to be used by Him to reach out to those not in church this Sunday.” This last
year God has allowed us to be a part of training up church pastors and planters and to see new
churches and a seminary started in Asia, as well as several events in Hong Kong, reaching out to many
not yet in church. Our prayer is that the Lord would continue to open up doors and hearts for the

Evangelical Community Church (Kowloon, Senior Pastor, Randall Young) has been reaching people with
Christ's love and God's Word for over 26 years. Meeting at the YMCA in Tsim Sha Tsui, ECC is a multicultural community that nurtures and trains Hong Kong people to reach others with the gospel, in order
to witness the explosive, transformational movements of God here and in specific epicenters around
the world. Its reason for existence is simple: to cultivate ambassadors.
Please pray for revival, that God will pour out His Holy Spirit. Please pray that this will result in God's
extraordinary power and presence, unity and holiness among believers in and outside of ECC, and the

Saddleback Church in USA is starting to celebrate its 35th Anniversary on March 2015. May God
continuously blesses Saddleback Church to accomplish the Great Commandment and Great
Commission in a deeper and greater way.
Saddleback Church Hong Kong has been planted since October 2013, under God's grace, the church is
growing miraculously. We have a lot of new believers and non-believers in our church (probably around
40%), may God raises up more leaders to shepherd those flocks, and bring them to grow maturity in
this spiritual family.
Saddleback Church Hong Kong is running an Annual Campaign "What on earth am I here for?" in
February and March, almost the entire church members are being joined the small group, may God
blesses those small group leaders/hosts to shepherd their members and help them to define their
"CALLING" from God.
Saddleback Church Hong Kong is organizing a major Community outreach project named "PEACE BOX
CAMPAIGN" before and during Easter holiday, may the Holy Spirit protects everyone involved in this
project, and to raise more peacemakers in the project. There will be thousands of PEACE BOXES to be
passed out to the under-privileged families during Easter holiday, may the HOPE and LOVE from God
quenches the poor families during Easter, and let them knowing the resurrection of Jesus Christ is the
answer to their future

Pray for: German-speaking Evangelical Lutheran Church
The German-Speaking Evangelical-Lutheran Congregation in Hong Kong was founded in 1965 by
German Speaking business men and the Evangelical Church in Germany. It serves the German
speaking community in Hong Kong as a place of worship rest and fellowship far away from home.
This year is a year of joy and also well as uncertainty for the congregation: Joy because the
congregation will celebrate its 50th anniversary in May. Its is with thanks that we look back on the five
decades of guidance and blessing that we have received from our heavenly father. The uncertainty is
linked to personal changes which will happen this year. After 10 years of serving at the Lutheran
Theological Seminary as well as in the German Congregation, Rev. Dr. Hanns Hoerschelmann and his
family will move back to Germany. His wife and he have been called by their home-church to serve as
directors of the Mission Society - Mission One World. The congregation is in the proses of re-electing a
new pastor. Please pray for guidance from God as well as wise leadership.

Pray for: Lifehouse International Church
Lifehouse International Church Hong Kong is young and dynamic international church located in the
heart of Mong Kok (Pastor Richard Welsh). We have 3 weekly services, all of which are bilingual in
English and Cantonese. Currently our church is around 85% locals with a mixture of internationals
making up the remaining 15%. We are currently seeing around 200 people coming to weekly church
services with around 140 in small groups. We are part of the wider Lifehouse Global movement under
Ps Rod Plummer based in Japan. We belong to the ACC (Australian Christian Churches).
Currently our biggest needs are related to finance. Our church is growing, but its a young church with
people still starting out in their careers. We are believing for a breakthrough in finance this year as the
church continues to grow and move forward.
