notification letter from the dean.

Nominated students must complete an application consisting of the following documents:
1. Completed application form (found at uca.edu/cfac).
2. At least one letter of recommendation sent directly to the Dean of the College of Fine Arts
and Communication (Burdick Hall 210) from a faculty member in the applicant’s major
department. It is also advisable that the applicant ask other faculty members or chairs to
submit letters of recommendation (4 maximum). Letters must be received by the CFAC
Dean’s Office by February 11, 2015.
Self-nominated students should follow the same application process.
Nominated and self-nominated students should turn in their completed applications to the CFAC
