Ms. Alcantara is an accomplished Interior Designer and
Project manager with extensive experience in strategic

She is particularly talented in developing innovative solutions for residential, and

Mrs. Alcantara is a detail oriented, creative and innovative artist. She possesses

Ms. Alcantara’ s possesses a multidisciplinary background. She obtained a B.A.
in Fine Arts from the National University Pedro Henrique Ureña in Santo Domingo,
Dominican Republic and a B.A. in Interior Design from Marymount University in
Arlington, Virginia. She is also a Licensed Teacher through the Massachusetts
Department of Education. Since 1989, she has pursued an Interior Design career
within the Residential and Commercial industry. In 2008, she obtained her
certification as a Contractor/Builder through the Greater Boston Builder’s
Association and in 2014 she obtained her License as a Realtor.

ALCO Paradisso Luxury Condominium Tower, Santo Domingo, Dominican
Republic. Manalsa Construction Company.
Working as a Senior Project Interior Design Manager, Ms. Alcantara had the opportunity
to design all 42 luxurious condominium units in the 26 story high ALCO Paradisso
building. The interior arrangement of each 3,000 – 5,000 sq. ft. individual unit is what
determined the outcome. These condominiums offered open access to nature and
reflect the natural beauty of the City of Santo Domingo. The interior design also
included the design of a Heliport, Movie Theater, Gymnasium, Squash Court, Spas &
Sauna, Swimming Pool Area and common areas from inception to completion. Ms.
Alcantara lead a team of over 200 employees who helped her bringing the project to
its final completion.
