The interior arrangement of each 3,000 – 5,000 sq. ft. individual unit is what determined the outcome. These condominiums offered open access to nature and reflect the natural beauty of the City of Santo Domingo. The interior design also included the design of a Heliport, Movie Theater, Gymnasium, Squash Court, Spas & Sauna, Swimming Pool Area and common areas from inception to completion.
