Pastor Dennis was called by God and came to China
as a missionary at age 24. He has lived in Hong
Kong for more than 40 years. God has greatly
used him to bless the Chinese churches which have
been strengthen and then grew as a church with
millions of believers. He speaks fluent Cantonese
and Mandarin. He is currently involved in
ministering to the Chinese as well as non-Chinese
throughout Asia. As the founder of Revival Chinese
Ministries International, he is a sought-after
speaker around the world.

Pastor David Kiteley is the son of Pastor Dennis
Balcombe’s pastor, Pastor Violet Kiteley. Pastor
David now oversees Shiloh Church’s bible college
and mission department, aiming to teach the Word
of God around the world. He is also responsible
for RCMI U.S.A. and hosting a branch Shiloh Bible
College in China with RCMI.

Pastor Vegh carries an apostolic and prophetic
mantle with a deep desire to help pastors and
emerging leaders. He draws from seasoned
ministry of pioneering and planting churches for 62
years. He and his wife has been ministering and
bringing Prophetic and Apostolic oversight to many
emerging leaders in over 78 countries. They are
actively involved with Shiloh Missions in China
where in addition to teaching leaders and pastors,
including underground churches. They are also
helping to build schools for minority children in
China’s remote regions.

Pastor Liu is a Master of Missiology of Fuller
Theology Seminary and a speaker of Good TV
gospel channel. In March 1995, Pastor and Mrs. Liu
were commissioned by Taipei Bread of Life
Christian Church to lead the Shih Lin Bread of Life
Christian Church into a new era. Under them, the
Shih Lin church was transformed from a cell church
to one based on G12 cell concept. Four new
churches have been planted and church
membership grew from a hundred to about 4000
people. Shih Lin’s vision is to plant churches that
practice power evangelism and work with local
churches to win the local townships for Jesus. By
winning souls and training believers and disciples,
Shih Lin seeks to develop teams of workers to fulfill
the Great Commission!
Rev. Frank Damazio

Pastor Damazio graduated from Portland Bible
College in 1976, he taught full-time at PBC until
1981 before pioneering a successful church in
Eugene, Oregon. In 1992 he returned to Portland
and became the senior pastor of City Bible Church
in 1995, co-leading the church with his wife.
Pastor Damazio is known for his relevant and
transforming Bible teaching. His passion is to see
lives transformed by the presence of Jesus and his
heart beats for serving God with the highest
integrity. He is faithfully committed to the strictest
levels of personal and professional accountability.
Dr. Marilyn Hickey

energetic” at 78, Marilyn Hickey is still going strong.
Dr. Hickey is a powerful bridge builder for people of
all cultures and religious backgrounds. She is also
one of the most respected and sought after
lecturers on healing and the Bible. She has
traveled to nearly 130 countries many of which are
“closed to the gospel”, and is believing to visit
many more in the years to come. She was the
first woman to join the Board of Directors of the
largest church in the world, Dr. David Yonggi’s
Church Growth International in South Korea.

Sarah is the founder of Saving Moses, a non-profit
humanitarian initiative dedicated to reducing infant
mortality throughout the world. Sarah also holds
the opposition of Vice President of Marilyn Hickey
Ministries. She is the co-Senior Pastor of Orchard
Road Christian Center in Denver, Colorado along
with her husband Reece, and together they have
three beautiful children. As a popularly campuses
around the world, Pastor Sarah’s heart is to reach
children within the critical age of zero to five years.
She is impacting this demographic by providing
fresh water, nourishment, clothing, vaccinations
and safe night care for children whose mothers
work in the sex trafficking industry. A seasoned
traveller to over 67 countries, Sarah also co-hosts
the globally broadcast television show, Today with
Marilyn and Sarah, shown in nearly 200 countries
and viewed by over 3billion households daily.
Dr. Rev. Niko Njotorahardjo

Dr. Niko began his ministry during the early 80’s as
a songwriter and worship leader, thereby was
considered as one of the pioneers of the praise &
worship restoration phenomena of that decade. In
1988, he felt the call of God to pioneer a church
within the Bethel Fellowship of Churches, carrying
over the style of ministry which God has anointed
him with, the restoration of the Tabernacle of
David. Over the last 20 years, that ministry has
grown from the first meeting was attended by 400
people to a network of more than 635 branch
churches in Indonesia and in overseas, attended by
over 200,000 members, including Sunday School.
He was awarded the Doctorate of Divinity degree
from the Church Of God Theological Seminary in
Cleveland, Tennessee. Starting from the year 2006,
God is using Dr. Niko in healing crusades across the
nation, giving birth to a new ministry, called the
Healing Movement’ ministry which provides a
holistic approach to healing, in physical, mental,
relational, and economic restoration.
