Project Management and Animal Facility Operations (Global Role)
We are looking for an experienced individual to drive global
standardization to facilitate the portability of science, gain
efficiencies and promote animal care and welfare. This position will be
responsible for managing the interface with Global Operations,
including Partner Level Agreements (PLA's) and project management
for Comparative Medicine. Responsibilities include leveraging vivarium
operational knowledge across sites to help ensure Comparative
Medicine is functioning in the most efficient and effective manner
possible.
The successful candidate will have In-depth knowledge of vivarium
operations and management, significant experience in managing
laboratory animal care and animal husbandry and knowledge of the
Animal Care business.
Additional requirements include:
* BA, BS as a minimum, advanced degree preferable including MBA,
MS, DVM
* LATG, CMAR certification
* Training and required experience in leadership, supervisory and
managerial skills in an industrial environment

Experience working in team matrix within and across
technical/research lines and in a global/multicultural organization
*
A minimum 5-10 years of experience in vivarium operations and
management
