

Handling Payment of the personal bills, managing bank accounts as well as making monthly payments for bills
by different means as per instructions of the management.
Scheduling of appointments / interviews & meetings, preparing appointment letters, follow-up & issue of
confirmation letters, preparing salary worksheets and maintaining personnel files (including leave records).
General Administration
 Supervising the personal staff, upkeep & maintenance of the residences, guests & repairs etc of office
interiors, managing petty cash and managing ticketing, visas, airport transfers etc.
 Boarding & lodging arrangements for both in-house & visitors from outside the Group for overseas & domestic
travel, organizing meetings & conferences,
 Maintenance complete administration of the office – interiors, telephone & communication systems,
photocopier, & delegate of work to the junior secretary, accountant, drivers, peons, gardener & sweeper.
 Identifying vendors & purchase responsibility for various office equipment like EPABX system, fax &
