Handout
Project Name: Dodecahedron on the events leading up to American Revolution.
Objectives: Identify major events of the American Revolution, including the Battles of
Lexington and Concord, the Battle of Bunker Hill, the Battle of Saratoga, and the Battle of
Yorktown. Identify important people that were involved in the American Revolution.
Materials Needed for Project: Scissors, Stapler, Colored Pencils, Pencils, and any other
supplies that you choose to use. The teacher will provide you with the 12 faces.
Instructions Needed for Teacher: The students will make a dodecahedron to explain different
events leading up to the American Revolution. The students will use their class notes, textbook,
or find other resources to find facts and information. List of events and people the students can
choose from.
Rubric: 150 points total
