Instructions:
All nonpublic schools with students in grades 9-12 must annually complete this Program of Studies form in order to be eligible for state approval. Email the completed questionnaire and any
supporting documentation to nonpublicschools@la.gov.
In accordance with Nonpublic Bulletin 741, Chapter 23 High School Program of Studies, section §2301, the high school shall provide a comprehensive, college preparatory and/or vocational
curriculum. To meet high school graduation requirements for incoming freshmen 2014-15 and beyond, the curriculum shall provide adequate offerings for students enrolled in the TOPS University or
the Career Diploma curriculums. Incoming freshmen in 2009-2010 through 2014-15 are eligible to complete the Louisiana Basic Core Curriculum. (Refer to Nonpublic Bulletin 741, section §2109
High School Graduation Requirements). List in the appropriate columns below, the courses that are being offered during the current school year and during each of the next three school years.
