805-MVC, and Room 200-SJC. The starting time listed for the meeting is approximate. Public testimony will be invited in
conjunction with discussion on each item.

II. ICC Club Reports & Information
*Joseph- Thanked the clubs for their participation this semester, was reimbursed by PTK for his mileage for PTK Conference-Add to Feb
5th agenda to approve.
*Sandi-Thanked all the clubs for their participation this semester. She invited all the clubs to participate in “Santa’s Workshop” On Sat
Dec 16th. She also said if we are going to participate in the Santa’s Workshop, we would need to attend a meeting on Friday Dec 16th at
Quail Valley Elementary to get our work assignment for Sat. The next ICC meeting will be on Monday Feb 6th same time and same
rooms.
III. Public Comment
This time is reserved for members of the public to address the Inter-Club Council on issues not already appearing on the
agenda. A limit of 5 minutes per speaker and 20 minutes per topic shall be enforced.

C. Amnesty International Club, write-a-thon for prisoners of conscience in the week on Human Right on December 6, 7, and 8 in
the LRC Lobby.
