Currently in middle management or is a recently appointed senior manager or Board
member of a sport or sport-for-development organisation
 Responsible for key areas in the organisation such as heading up a specific
department/area/project for their organisation
 Currently responsible for influencing key decision-makers and/or managing staff
 Identified as a future leader by your organisation
 Can demonstrate a commitment to making a difference for women and girls in and through
sport
 Good written and spoken English. (Please note that no translation service will be provided)
 Demonstrates a commitment to continuous professional development
