LEACOCK WORKING GROUP Terms of Reference Authority The Leacock working group has been set up to develop more effective communications between staff in the Leacock Building and the University with respect to issues related to air quality, and on-going work on the ventilation system in the Leacock Building. The working group will be chaired by Louise Savard, Director of University Safety and will meet once a month until May 31, 2009. Composition The membership of the Leacock working group is as follows: Mary MacKinnon, Associate Dean, Faculty of Arts Ron Proulx, Executive Director, Facilities Operations and Development Kathy Lauer, HR Advisor, Faculty of Arts Genevieve Leroux, Benefits Officer, Human Resources Colleen Parish, Administrative Officer, Department of History Michael Bisson, Chair of Anthropology, Leacock Building Director Louise Savard, Director, University Safety Carol Norris, Administrative Assistant, University Safety – Recording Secretary Dr. Louis Patry, Director of Public Health will act as an external resource to the workgroup members. Mandate To receive and review status reports on the on-going work related to the ventilation system and to air quality issues in the Leacock Building; To provide the Leacock Building community with up to date information on issues related to the ventilation system , and/or air quality issues; To receive, review and provide responses to feedback/comments/concerns from the Leacock Building occupants and from staff working in the department of history regarding any problems which may be related to the Leacock Building environment.
