Guidelines for Abstract Submission
Abstract shall be submitted and presented in English, typed in Arial font size 12 with single line spacing.
The submitted abstract must be between 250 - 400 words and should be submitted by 17th October, 2014.
Authors’ full names and affiliations must be specified; surnames should be in bold.
Handwriting, images, figures and graphs in the abstract will not be accepted. Abstracts must be saved as MS
Word documents and sent to the Conference Secretariat via e-mail (lawthlee@mtr.com.hk) together with a
completed abstract submission form.
Authors will be notified via email the status of their abstracts prior to 14th November, 2014.
All invited presenters will be required to register for the conference.
Final Manuscript will be required by 13th February, 2015.
