2015 Junior/Senior Prom Rules and
Regulations

Colors: Black, gold and silver
1. All school debt must be paid in full from each student attending Prom BEFORE
purchasing tickets. Please see Ms. Shropshire in the main office to make payments and
be cleared.
2. All Juniors/Seniors must have a ticket for themselves and their guest, if applicable. You
must bring a photo ID to get into the Prom. Juniors/Seniors and guest may use a school
ID or a NC issued ID. Tickets and IDs will be checked at the door. If you don’t have a
ticket and/or ID, you will not be admitted to the Prom.
3. If your guest is NOT an EFHS student, you must complete and return a Prom Guest
Permission slip by the day you purchase the tickets. Forms are located in the
Information Center in the lobby of the school by the front office.
4. Prom photography will be provided by Strawbridge Photography. Picture forms and
information will be provided at the event. Please bring payment with you the night of
the event.
5. Prom begins promptly at 7pm. Once you exit the Prom, you will not be allowed to reenter. Prom will promptly end at 11pm.
6. Prom tickets will be on sale at EFHS from Monday April 27th through Friday May 1st.
Individual tickets will cost $35.00. Prom tickets will be distributed during all 3 lunches in
the lobby outside the front office. Please bring your ID, cash or check only, and Prom
Guest Permission slips, if applicable.
7. There will be a Photo Booth set up for you, your guest and friends to take some candid
pictures. A small fee of $ 1.00 per print will be charged at the time the picture is taken.
Junior Deans will distribute pictures one week after Prom.
8. All WSFCS Rules apply to this event. All drugs, smoking and tobacco products are
prohibited inside the Milton Rhodes Center for the Arts building at all times. This
includes (but not limited too): cigarette, e-cigarettes, vapors, cigars, etc.
9. Juniors/Seniors and guests should conduct themselves in an orderly manner,
remembering that their reputation and the reputation of the school depends on their
behavior. All Juniors/Seniors and their guests must abide by all school rules while at
Prom. Anyone not conducting him/herself in an orderly and appropriate manner will be
asked to leave the event and parents will be notified immediately. Appropriate
discipline procedures will follow in accordance with the Student Handbook.
10. All students and guests will be breathalyzed upon arrival and before admittance to the
event.
