Breeder’s Agreement
I, Sally Andrade, owner of Siamazing Cattery, agree to the following:
1. This cat/kitten has been examined by a licensed Veterinarian and is in good health and free of
parasites to the best of my knowledge at time of pick-up. This cat/kitten has received its first
vaccinations (rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) and has been dewormed at least
twice.
2. I will accept the cat/kitten back within the first 72 hours following pick-up and refund the
purchase price less the deposit If the purchaser(s) are dissatisfied for any reason under the
following conditions:
a. The cat/kitten has been quarantined and prohibited from contact with any other pet(s)
living with or visiting the Purchaser(s).
b. The cat/kitten has been examined by a licensed Veterinarian, the cost of which is the
sole responsibility of the Purchaser(s).
c. Phone calls, fuel costs etc. are not refundable and transportation of the kitten back to
the Seller is the responsibility of the Purchaser(s).
d. Purchaser(s) must return all health records and remaining items in the kitten starter kit
with the cat/kitten.
3. I will work with the Purchaser(s) to find a new home for this cat/kitten should the need arise.
Complete Veterinary records must be provided to the new owner.
4. I agree to provide the following at time of pick-up:

Written care and feeding instructions for the cat/kitten

Veterinary health records

Royal Canin kitten starter kit

6 weeks PetSecure health insurance


5. I agree that this kitten/cat is guaranteed against any congenital defects/illness for one year from
the date of acquisition. This does not include viruses, parasites, accidents, crossed eyes, kinked
tail or any non-genetic illness or health issue.
The Purchaser(s) must provide written proof from a licensed Veterinarian and copies of all
health records associated with any congenital defect/illness. The choice to keep the cat/kitten
will be decided by both parties and a replacement kitten/cat or partial refund may be provided
at the Seller’s discretion.
In the case of death from a congenital illness, an autopsy report with proof of cause of death by
a qualified Veterinarian must be provided in addition to all health records. All costs associated
with this are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser(s). Purchaser(s) may choose either a
comparable replacement cat/kitten OR a refund of 80% of the original purchase price.
At no time and under no circumstances is the Seller liable for more than the replacement
value of the cat/kitten.
This health guarantee is null and void if the cat/kitten is declawed by the Purchaser(s).
Declawing is a mutilation involving amputation of a portion of the kitten’s toes which could lead
to alterations in the kitten’s health.
This health guarantee is null and void if the Purchaser(s) fail to spay/neuter their pet.
6. I agree to provide advice and assistance throughout the cat/kitten’s lifetime.
Purchaser(s) Agreement
I,
agree to the following:
1. I will care for this animal in a humane manner and be a responsible pet owner. This includes
supplying adequate food, water, shelter, attention and medical care when I am with the
cat/kitten and making arrangements for adequate care when I am away.
2. I agree to keep this cat/kitten as an indoor pet and only taken outside in a carrier or on a leash.
3. I agree that this cat/kitten was purchased as a non-breeding pet and I agree to spay/neuter.
4. I agree that this cat/kitten will never be declawed unless absolutely necessary and only if I have
consulted with the breeder beforehand. I agree that declawing will void the health guarantee.

5. I agree that this cat/kitten is adopted for myself and that under no circumstances will this
cat/kitten be sold, leased or given away to a pet shop, animal dealer, animal research facility,
animal shelter or to anyone suspected or convicted of neglect/cruelty to an animal.
6. If I can no longer continue to care for this cat/kitten, I will first contact the breeder about
rehoming options. No monetary reimbursement will be expected. I will also provide complete
veterinary records should I have to rehome this cat/kitten.
7. I agree to keep in contact with the breeder about the health/behavior of this cat/kitten for its
entire life up to and including death. I agree that the breeder may contact me about this
cat/kitten at any reasonable time.
8. I agree to keep the breeder informed of my current address, phone number and e-mail.
Breeder/Seller and Purchaser(s) do hereby agree to all terms on this 4 page contract and agree that all
terms shall be binding.
