Exit at Davie Rd. and head south for 0.5
miles, then turn right onto Nova Dr. (there is
a McDonalds restaurant on the corner).
Travel west on Nova Dr. for 0.5 mile, then
turn left on College Ave. and head south for
0.3 miles. The UF/IFAS Admin Bldg. will be
on the right hand side. Go to the Hurricane
House which is past the Admin Bldg
The registration fee for the class is $30 per person
and includes materials, morning and afternoon
refreshments and lunch. It does NOT include the
$150 exam sitting fee which is collected separately
by the Florida Department of Agriculture and
Consumer Services (FDACS). All registrations for
the class must be made online through Eventbrite

PLEASE NOTE: In order to sit for this exam,
YOU MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED BY THE
STATE OF FLORIDA. That means completing the
required paperwork and remitting the $150 exam
sitting fee to FDACS 4-6 weeks PRIOR to the
class date which is Jan. 27, 2016. The LCLM
exam application plus insurance requirements can
be found on-line on pages 8 and 9 of the LCLM
info. packet. To obtain this document, visit
