Welcome to the Laughter Yoga 20th Birthday Congress. To register, please follow these 5 steps :
 Fill in the registration form you can find in attachment and send it back to :
contact@formation-yogadurire.fr.
 Pay a deposit of 50% (or pay everything in one time). Add your Name on the wording when
doing your bank transfer.

 As soon as your bank transfer is accepted, you will be saved in the participants list and will
received an emailing confirming it.
 The rest (the other event fees) can be paid at the same time than the deposit, and not later
than on the 1st day of congress.
 Book your room and meals by email using our Booking Form. You can find it on our website
and take advantage of our best prices.

Conditions for the registration
REGISTRATION
Participants should register early to the congress organized by the Laughter yoga and Health French
institute and Dr.Kataria. An application form followed by a bank transfer of 50% allows us to save your
registration. The institute will confirm your registration by Email.
PAYMENT
The congress price includes the access to the congress from Friday 6th March 1:30 pm to Sunday 8th March
2015 12:30 pm (access to the whole congress features, workshops, conferences, evening activities), as well
as the registration fees (40€ already included). A deposit of 50% is required to register, the amount
outstanding can be paid at the same time than the deposit, and not later than on the 1st day of congress.
Meals and booking aren't part of the congress price. Every congress started should be paid in full.
CANCELLATION
Please, register only if you are sure to come. In case of cancellation by the signer by registered letter with an
acknowledgement of receipt, the deposit is returned only in case of information relied upon as constituting
force majeure. Participants can subscribe to a personal insurance.
In case of cancellation by the congress organizers or by Madan Kataria, people already registered will be fully
refunded of the sum paid, and only the sum paid.
RESPONSABILITIES
Activities are proposed on a voluntary basis. Participants remain solely responsible for their behavior, actions
and facts during the congress. Courtesy and respect are privileged during the exchanges between
participants. Exclusion can be pronounced if these conditions are not respected. These measures ensure the
good development of our events.
MISCELLANEOUS
You are in a good shape, and able to participate to the different workshops during the laughter yoga congress, for 3
days. If you have any doubts, ask a medical certificate to your doctor.
No one can access the congress without having respected the modalities and registration delays. As soon as
the registration is saved by the Institute, any modification of a participant file will result in an additional 45
Euros cost. Upon receipt of the payment, the amendment becomes effective.
By registering you confirm that you are aware and understand the participation modalities accompanying
this registration form.
Dr Kataria and the organizers reserve the right to edit the program and the schedule to bring improvement,
updates, or because of different circumstances depending of the situation. Madan Kataria and Fabrice
Loizeau are the organizers. If one of them had to cancel his participation, the congress would still happen.
Schedules are subject to change. Seminars and workshops schedules are communicated to the participants
on their invitation and on the congress place.
