B-4 New Jersey Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired BE IT RESOLVED, that the Glen Ridge Board of Education rescind the New Jersey Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired contract for Level of Service 1 for student #14114 in the amount of $1,700 for the remainder of the 2012-2013 school year due to a change in educational services to Level of Service 2 effective October 3, 2012. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Glen Ridge Board of Education approve a contract with the New Jersey Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired for Level of Service 2 for student #14114 in the amount of $4,100 for the 2012-2013 school year effective October 4, 2012.
