Dear PHS Families,
The PHS PTO would like to welcome all of you to the 2015-2016 school year!
The Princeton High School Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) is set up as a bridge between
home and school life. We hope that our partnership will pool a wealth of knowledge, talents, and
skills to support the education of our children. Your involvement really does make a difference in
your child’s education.
We provide a range of spirit and community building activities and events to our students and staff.
The money we raise help to fund events such as PHS Spirit Week, set for the week of September
21st, with Homecoming weekend on Friday, September 25th and Saturday, September 26th. We are
excited to be able to build upon the tremendous success of last year’s return of Homecoming and
are looking forward to the fun week that has been planned. We are also working on additional
events throughout the school year including a staff appreciation lunch, Senior Awards, programs to
help students and families deal with current social pressures, and will provide continued support of
past successful spirit and community-building activities.
While dues are not required for membership, the PTO solely depends on your voluntary donations.
Please remember that any amount is welcome and every dollar makes a tremendous impact.
This year, our suggested donation is $40 per student. If you choose to supply us with your mailing
address, every donation, no matter the amount, will receive a PHS car magnet; and with a $100
donation, you will be mailed a magnet and a drawstring sports bag. Checks should be made payable
to PHS PTO. Please fill out the information below and either drop off your dues to the Main Office
or mail your payment to Princeton High School PTO, 151 Moore St, Princeton NJ 08540.
Your donation is tax deductible and is eligible for most Employer Matching Programs. This
contribution will make a big difference in the lives of the students at PHS.

The PTO welcomes you to join our meetings to raise your concerns, contribute your ideas and
talents to better our school. Our meetings are generally held on the first Wednesday of each month
at 8:30 am in the Main Office Conference Room. All meeting dates and activities will be posted
regularly on the new PTO website. You may park on neighborhood streets during PTO meetings.
We would like to thank you in advance for your support and generous donation. If you have any
