1.0 Description
The IS-IP4K-DN camera is an MJPEG or H.264 encoding, 4K resolution, IP-addressable, fixed camera. It is designed to deliver full motion high definition progressive scan digital video across local area networks.
The IS-IP4K-DN features a design with no moving parts, creating a high-resolution fixed image. The IS-
IP4K-DN comes equipped with a CS mount that accommodates a wide variety of fixed lenses for different applications; C mount lenses can also be used with a C/CS adapter. This dual codec camera enables users to simultaneously output multiple video streams at resolutions up to 12.6 megapixels which provide clear digital zoom capability for proactive forensic detail. The IS-IP4K-DN is equipped with a mechanical
IR cut filter that filters infrared light to display high quality video images in low light environments.

The camera shall utilize one high-sensitivity 12.6 Megapixel CMOS sensor with a 1/2.3
” optical format.
The camera shall be equipped with an automatic IR cut filter that will allow the camera to deliver high quality video images in low light environments.
The camera shall support MJPEG or H.264 encoding format.
The camera shall output at a maximum resolution of 4096(H) x 3072(V) pixels per sensor.
The camera's maximum frame rate shall be 10 frames per second at the maximum resolution of
4096(H) x 3072(V).
The camera shall be equipped with a CS mount that will accommodate a variety of CS or C lenses with a CS to C adapter.
The camera shall feature streaming of the full field of view (FOV) and multiple regions of interest (ROI) for forensic zooming.
The camera shall be equipped with a 100 Mbps LAN connector.
The camera shall support at a minimum: ARP, ICMP, UDP, TCP, HTTP, TFTP, RTSP, and DHCP network protocols.
The camera shall feature automatic exposure, automatic multi-matrix white balance, shutter speed control, programmable brightness, saturation, gamma and sharpness.
The camera shall incorporate necessary algorithms and circuits to detect motion in low light with clarity.
The camera’s primary power source shall be Power over Ethernet (PoE) complying with the IEEE
802.3af standard.
The camera shall have the alternative option to be powered from a 12-16V DC power source providing at least 4.5W @ 1.0Amp of power.
This camera shall feature a durable aluminum housing that minimizes fire hazards.
The camera should be mounted using a customized interior dome, exterior dome or recessed mounting kit.
The camera’s operating ambient temperature is -20ºC (4ºF) to 50ºC (122ºF).
Minimum light requirement to produce a color image shall be approximately 0.10 lux with an f/1.2 lens.
The camera will have a factory burned in MAC (Media Access Control) address ranging from
00:50:C2:A9:80:00 to 00:50:C2:A9:8F:FF that is registered and owned by Sentry360 through IEEE
Registration Authority.

Camera Networking Requirements
• For ease of operation IS-IP4K-DN possesses a built-in web, TFTP, and HTTP servers which can be used to acquire images from the camera and to make adjustments of camera operation parameters.
• Images from the camera can be received using practically any internet browser by means of sending human-readable API requests from the browser command line.

The camera provides integrated support for ARP, ICMP, UDP, TCP, HTTP, TFTP, and RTSP protocols.
• Software for viewing and controlling the camera is provided with the camera at no additional charge.
