1. Eligibility:
KickBack Points Fantasy Football Game (hereafter, “Promotion”) presented by KickBack Points is open to
ENROLLED cardholders of the KickBack Points Coalition Rewards Program of KickBack Rewards Systems
(hereafter, “KRS”). Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.
2. Promotion Period:
The Promotion Period runs until 12/28/14. Exact dates are subject to change dependent upon the Regular
Pro Football Season schedule (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion and participation in the Promotion
are subject to these Official Rules.
3. How To Play:
 Every time you use your KickBack Points Card during the season is a chance to receive a PRO
player.
 If you get, a PRO player it will be at the bottom of your receipt.
 A total of 9 PRO players can be collected over the course of the season to complete your team.
 Every week PRO player(s) may earn Fantasy Football points based on their real life PRO
performance.
 Weekly Fantasy Football points will accumulate over the entire course of the PRO season.
 As your PRO team gets drafted, you will get all Fantasy Football points earned by the player
during the entire season.
 The KickBack Points Coalition Rewards cardholder with the most Fantasy Football points at the
end of the season wins a trip for 2 to The Big Bowl Game, February 1st, 2015.
4. To receive an entry without purchase mail, a self-addressed stamped envelope with an enrolled 16
digit, KickBack Card number postmarked prior to the closing/expiration date of the contest to: KickBack
Points LLC, P.O. Box 6099, Twin Falls, Idaho 83303. Limit one per envelope. No limit on a number of times
entered. Illegible entries are void. No, mechanically reproduced entries permitted. All entries become the
property of KickBack Points LLC.
5. ENROLL your FREE KickBack Points Card, if not already enrolled. You can ENROLL at
www.kickbackpoints.com Cardholder identifiable information will only be used in accordance with the KRS
Privacy Policy as posted on www.kickbackpoints.com.
6. Winner Selection:
At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, each cardholder’s team will be evaluated. Eligible
participant(s) with the highest fantasy point total for the season deemed a potential Winner.
In the event of a tie or after reasonable attempts to contact the potential winner, KRS will select a winner
from the potential winners. The tabulation of fantasy points and identification of potential winners
conducted by KRS whose decisions are final and binding in all respects on these and all other matters
relating to the Promotion.
7. Winner Notification:
Potential winner (i.e. Enrolled cardholder) notified on, or about 1/6/15 at the email address and or cell
phone provided on enrollment of their KickBack Points card and will be required to respond within five (5)
days of the first attempt to contact him/her. Additionally, a potential winner will be required to execute
and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of
the date of issuance of notification.
8. Grand Prize:
Trip for 2 to The Big Bowl Game on February 1, 2015. By accepting this prize. The winner agrees to be
photographed and placed in media. NO cash value!

10. Scoring System:
Fantasy Points earned by each player position and awarded or credited to each roster position will be
finalized on or about 1/2/15 by KRS and will be considered final. During each Pro Football game
throughout the Promotion Period, you will earn fantasy points based on the statistics accumulated by the
PRO players that your card has been awarded using the following scoring system:
Fractional Scoring used.
If an offensive player plays on defense and earns a team defense statistic (such as interception), the
offensive player will not earn those fantasy points as that stat category is attributed to the team
defense/special teams unit.
A team defense/special teams unit (D/ST) will not earn fantasy points for field goals or extra fantasy
points. These fantasy points will be attributed to the Kicker.
Defensive/Special Teams Scoring: Your team defense/special teams (D/ST) is awarded fantasy points when
a team member on the field generates a touchdown, interception, fumble recovery, safety or sack, kick
return yards, punt return yards, etc.
A full roster will include the following nine (9) positions: one (1) quarterback (“QB”); two (2) running backs
(“RB”); two (2) wide receivers (“WR”); one (1) tight end (“TE”); one (1) kicker (“K”); one (1) team
defense/special teams (“D/ST”), and one (1) Coach
If one of your players (i.e. QB, RB, WR, TE, and K) is considered inactive for the game, then the player with
the same positional designation (e.g. Quarterback) on the same team having earned the most fantasy
points in the game will be used instead.
There is no guarantee that an eligible cardholder will be awarded a full roster during the Promotion
Period. Players awarded will be designated a specific position on your roster and will accumulate fantasy
points based on the Scoring System.
Objective: Collect a full roster before the Promotion Period ends.
Fantasy Points Scoring System
Overview

We award points to individual defensive players (IDP Scoring).

We use fractional points.

We use negative points.
Offensive Players

Passing Yards: 1 point per 25 yards

Passing Touchdowns: 4 points

Interceptions: -2 points

Rushing Yards: 1 point per 10 yards

Rushing Touchdowns: 6 points

Receptions: 1 points (only if using PPR scoring)

Receiving Yards: 1 point per 10 yards

Receiving Touchdowns: 6 points

2-Point Conversions: 2 points

Fumbles Lost: -2 points

Fumble Recovered for a Touchdown: 6 points
Team Defense / Special Teams

Sacks: 1 point

Interceptions: 2 points

Fumbles Recovered: 2 points

Safeties: 2 points

Defensive Touchdowns: 6 points

Kick and Punt Return Touchdowns: 6 points

Points Allowed (0): 10 points

Points Allowed (1-6): 7 points

Points Allowed (7-13): 4 points

Points Allowed (14-20): 1 points

Points Allowed (21-27): 0 points

Points Allowed (28-34): -1 points

Points Allowed (35+): -4 points
Individual Defensive Players

Solo Tackles: 1 point

Assisted Tackles: ½ point

Sacks: 2 points

Sack Yards: 1 point per 10 yards

Tackles For Loss: 1 point

Quarterback Hits: 1 point

Passes Defended: 1 point

Interceptions: 3 points

Fumbles Forced: 3 points

Fumbles Recovered: 3 points

Defensive Touchdowns: 6 points
Kicking

PAT Made: 1 point

FG Made: 3 points
Coach

Points Spread Differential: 1pt (1 to 1 ratio)
*Coaches' points awarded on margin of victory. If the coach's team wins then the score, the
coach receives is equal to the amount of points the team won. Losses do not count;
negative points will not count against the coaches' total.
11- Game of 33:
Is a weekly side game throughout the season!

If your team has a final score of 33 that week, you will be awarded 100 KickBack Points' on your enrolled
KickBack Points' Card.
Watch your weekly Fantasy Football emails for weekly updates. You must be enrolled to receive these
