SAP Recruiting Specialist at TEKsystems
October 2005 - May 2007 (1 year 8 months)
Role was senior recruiter to focus on recruitment of SAP contract consultants. I was the only
recruiter focused entirely on SAP and became recognized as a national resource for Account
Managers providing expertise, advice and input in regards to SAP. Worked with various large
Energy Companies such as ExxonMobil, BP, Citgo, Shell and others.
Recruiting Supervisor at Korn Ferry/Futurestep
October 2003 - October 2004 (1 year 1 month)
Supervisor on the largest retained search project in history of Korn Ferry. The project was a
$782K retainer and $2.8 million dollars in billing in 6 months. I supervised a team of recruiters,
designed the entire sourcing strategy, and trained the entire project staff on profile, conducted
due diligence and business analyst function with client to develop candidate profile. Worked
with external vendors to identify candidate sources. Developed the candidate profile
questionnaire, reviewed and vetted candidates before final presentation to client.
Recruiting Manager at NetManage Inc. acquired by Micro Focus International
January 2002 - September 2003 (1 year 9 months)
Retained to recruit for NetManage and reported to CEO/Chairman and the VP of HR and to
recruit executive staff and their direct reports. During my tenure I recruiting the VP of
Marketing, VP of North America Sales, VP of Channels, VP of Business Development, Chief Legal
Officer and VP of HR. I supported all functional groups and recruited from the Director,
Manager down to individual contributors in, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, HR, Accounting and
Finance and Operations.
