Teva Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Temporary Purification Technologies Researcher for Israel Biotech R&D department
The position includes:
Support the development and &lrm ;scale-up of recombinant protein purification processes
Responsible for & rm; evaluation of various chromatography media and optimization of chromatography ‎ conditions
Assist with scale-up of purification process to multi-liter columns to ‎ generate research and pre-clinical grade materials
Requirements:
At least M.S. in biochemistry/ chemistry/ chemical or biochemical engineering or a related field with 2-3 years' experience in
biotechnology, chemistry or pharmaceutical industry
At least 1-2 years hands-on experience in with purification ‎ of recombinant proteins from microbial/mammalian production
systems or purification of synthetic peptides. Experience with standard analytical methods used to characterize proteins and
peptides
Hands-on ‎ experience with the operation of & Auml; KTA Protein Purification Systems, Ultrafiltration Systems is highly
desired
