Something I would like to change in school is the lunch menu. The food is very important in school. I think lunch should be healthier and longer. Students need to eat so they can have energy to learn, students will be healthy and school will get more money because people will actually buy the food.

To start off, one of many changes the school should have is the lunch menu. The lunch menu is very important for students. Students eat breakfast early in the morning, they have 7-8 hours of learning so they should get more time during lunch and a healthier one so they can focus and have enough energy throughout the day. If students don’t get the right about of energy, they wont be able to pay attention and learn. So at the end, the lunch menu will affect their learning environment.

To continue, changing the lunch menu is an important change because students will be healthier. Around the world a lot of people have a problem of eating right and this will be helpful for students. Eating healthy will make student realize that it’s the right choice and this will impact their lives in a good way.

Furthermore, the lunch menu in school should change because people rarely buy lunch.

The lunch is very unhealthy and its not worth paying almost $3 for not enough food or unhealthy one. By kids not buying lunch, the school will lose a lot of money and that’s not good. So instead of losing money, the school could easily gain more by changing the lunch menu and satisfying the students.

Overall, changing the lunch menu is one of the most important changes the school should make because lunch should be healthier and longer so students will have more energy throught the day to pay attention and learn. Also, students will be influence to eat healthier and the school will have more money because people would actually buy the food. So changing the lunch menu will be a good outcome for everyone!

Essay #2

Is it good being late to every class with out consequences? Alot of kids now, actually come more late than ever. They walk into class like nothing and lie about what they were doing.

And they do it because they don’t get in trouble. They keep on until they get in trouble.

Many kids come to class lat e with no problem. They tell the teacher “Oh I was in the bathroom.” Or “I was in the office.” But yet they weren’t. They take advantage of the teacher.

Why? Because no consequences are being given out to those student’s. Until then they will keep on doing just that, and with no problem at all.

If the office doesn’t make changes they won’t stop. Some teachers make them get a pass. Which yet anyone can do. I’ve seen many kids in my class come late and nothing. The teacher buys the story. From now on the teachers should lock their doors when the bell rings.

And security then does hallsweeps. Hallsweeps are when a teacher locks the door and you are locked outside and security then takes you to the office and wrights you up.

If this school doesn’t get more strict on tardies, nothing will ever change. Me, myself have been late and nothing has been done. They say after 3 tardies you get a detention? Well, they say that to scare you. Many people have been late 10 times and no detention. One kid is literally always late. And nothing. If hall sweeps dont start or teachers lock their door, kids will keep coming late and not care.

Its not good to be late to class. And if the school doesn’t enforce something quick, no kid will stop being late. They need to enforce hallsweeps and locked doors. Until then nothing will change.

School spirt has been something very meaningful to highschools, since the beginning and brings a joyous atmosphere to the school. Pep rallies have always provided these things and more. I believe our school should organize pep rallies more often to bring a fun festive vibe to the school and the students.

First of all, the fact that events such as pep rallies, encourage students to work together and become one, to show pr ide in their school, it’s a great oppurtonity to see just how much school spirit the students have towards supporting their athletic teams. It’s a wonderful high school tradition that should be greeted with open arms into our school. not to mention the excitement and joy spreading through the school like wild fire.

To continue, there are also the very noble benefits that pep rallies can support such as selling food and drinks to support a particular cause or fundraise to help others. It would bring students an oppurtonity to serve and help their community and others in need. Students put a side their differences and work together to make a good time for everyone. Which can improve communication and character building to help out as long as you can. A characteristic that can encourage students to seek positive things in life.

All in all, the reason being that the contribution would not only offer a chance to help others but is a great excuse to give students a break from class work, a healthy life style should consist of a well balanced scenerio of working hard but also playing hard. It ease’s the tension that can come with being a student its an escape route to paradise, and a way to prevent from over working yourself, just sitting back and enjoying the afternoon with friends and other classmates. Which can be a big part in making students show a more positive than overworked attitude towards their studies and school.

Finally, all these and many more offer a great deal of reasons, why having pep rallies, more often would completly change the schools outlook in a positive way. From helping others, to a fun way from relaxing and kicking back the books for a little bit to enjoy some time with friends and classmates and smell the roses and inhaling a positive vibe towards school.

Essay #4

Everyone would like to change something about their schools; no matter what school you go to, whether it is the greatest, or the worst. One thing that I would like for my school to change would be to let us go to the library during lunch. Most of the time, there will always be a loner student who is wasting his time in lunch doing nothing instead of going to the library and reading

a good book. Also, whenever a student wishes to catch up on homework or work on a project, the lunch is not really a good environment for the student to study in, given all the screaming and shouting plus all the messy food everywhere. They should go to the library where it is nice and quiet. It is also the perfect time to actually go to the library, very few people go in the morning and in the afternoon everyone is leaving to go home.

To start it off, there are many students in this school who actually enjoy reading. In that group of students, there is also students who are extremely shy and do not like socializing with other students. In lunch, there are only two things that you can do, eat and socialize. So why not let that same student go to the library during lunch and work on his reading skills. All he is doing in lunch is wastin g time that he will never get back. When all this time, he could’ve been using that time to read books and become a better reader and be more informed than the average student.

Additionally, some students want to their lunch time catching up on homework, doing a project, or studying. They can’t, though, because the cafeteria is too loud and it doesn’t let the student concentrate. Where they need to go to is the quiet library and do his educational activities there, where nobody can distract or bother them.

Lastly, lunch is the best time for a person to go to the library. In the morning people are too sleepy or are in too much of a hurry to go read a book or study in the library. After school, the students just want to go home and relax or do their homework over there, in the comfort of their beds or couches. In lunch, people have nothing else to do so they just go read.

Overall, the school would progress better if they allowed us to go to the library during lunch. They have nothing else to do, they can do educational activities, and it is the perfect time to go. I have seen many students who have snuck off to the library just to be able to read and the security guard has caught them and told them to go back. They are denying a student to be able to get educated and learn something.
