Cabinets and Appliances Donated to Actorsingers from Mike Ryder
Status as of July 12, 2010
All the pictures are on the HSM Insiders page here http://www.actorsingers.org/inside/hsm/Kitchen/
Plus those I had of the kitchen all together and of the appliances (those will be there by Tue night late July 13 for your reference)
The files with “a” at the end are smaller pics used in this. The ones without the “a” are full size
All the cabinets are the same floor – the different color in the pics are from all the different camera/phone cameras used
On the above HSM Insiders Page, see filenames Orig-Kitchen-1.jpg - Orig-Kitchen-13.jpg to see what the cabinets looked like assembled and the appliances
looked like inside them. I can walk you through where each numbered cabinet is in the altogether pics if you like.
I’ll put more pics at the above URL on Tue night (Jul 13) so you have all I do

Hardware,
shelves
Knobs
All the cabinet/drawer knobs
were removed and places in
plastic bags. There are 2 sizes.
Ones with shorter screws and
ones with longer screws. Can’t
remember which, but one
screw length is for the
drawers, and the other for the
cabinet doors
Hinges
Most of the door hinges are
still on the doors. A few were
removes for the double doors
for the corner cabinets. Those
are in separate bags and
numbered with the cabinet
number
Shelves and shelve
holders.
Most of the holders are
in plastic bags. There
were extras also in the
bags. These are
available anywhere if
you ever need more
(like home depot)
Have pics of the wiring as well
– but any electrician will know
how, plus the orig instruction
are included with the wiring
diagrams and instructions.
Putting the doors on the
hinges is initially tricky. But
once you see it once it’s easy.
Shelves are marked
with the cabinet
See some of the cabinet pics.
The rest of the shelves and hardware are loose
of in bags.
Drawers
Varies drawers for all the
cabinets
Cab-1
Floor cabinet
And trim end cap
One door and one drawer
There are also covers with the
name Levelor on them that
cover the hinges. These are in
plastic bags as well.
Mike can show you how to
put on the hinges or can do
for you once you get the
cabinets up.
All the drawers are numbered
by the cabinet. Where there
was more than one drawer for
a single cabinet, those
drawers were numbered 7a,
7b – for the 2 drawers in say
cabinet 7. This way they all
fit/slide fine.

Cab-2
Floor cabinet, can be used at
the end of a run with the short
ride out away from
cabinets/wall, or might be
used in a corner.
Has a double door, so the
hardware for the double doors
to this is in a bag.
Against the back and side wall
dimensions are 24 by 24” (so
the back and left on the
picture)
Coming to A/S on July

The right panel dimension in
the pic is 12.5” (the side with
the wood panel on it)

The front flat dimension the

2 doors cover these.
Cab-3
Cab-4
Floor cabinet
4 drawers
2 large on bottom and 2
smaller on top
Great for pots and pans and
silverware.
Floor cabinet with 2 doors
This was where the cook top
was in (that’s why it has a hole
on the bottom for the duct
work)
You don’t have to use it for the
cooktop if you don’t want to.
Yu can likely not bother
ducting the cook top.
(door is about .75” thick)
There are 2 doors for this
cabinet, and I marked each
door with “a” and “b” to
match them

wall oven, built in wall
microwave, a large drawer for
pans, and a double door
cabinet with a shelf.
Width = 33”
Depth = 24.5 (inc front
panel/doors)
Height =90”
Coming to A/S on the
truck July 17 or 18
(door is about .75” thick)
Since this is so big it had to be
disassembled to move. It’s a
bit shaky now as all the
support has been removed as a
result of taking it apart. But
once back together, it should
be fine. There is a front square
frame that goes in the front.
This attaches to the cabinet
with 6 built in connectors.
Once that’s in the whole
cabinet becomes strong.

Cab-8
Floor cabinet
(1 door and 1 drawer)
Has slots to hold cookie
trays/racks/flat stuff.
The top has a drawer that is
numbered with 8 on it.
If you don’t want the cookie
sheet slots, perhaps you can
cut them out and have another
storage cabinet.
There are pictures of this all
assembled, and from the front
and back so you can see how
this goes together.
The hardware for the stove
mounting is with the
microwave.
There is a white plastic collar
for around the microwave.
The microwave connects to an
outlet in the stove back
The stove needs 220/240V
Width = 12”

It has a dual door with a piano
hinge on it.
The hinge hardware for the
doors is in a bag with the
cabinet number on it.
Cab-17 I the matching wall
corner cabinet that can go
above this one.
Cab-12
The shelves for this unit are in
the unit. Use the shelve
holders in the plastic bags to
set where you want the
shelves. Use the metal pin
ones – as you’ll likely have
heavy stuff in this cabinet.

One slide out door for a trash

trash holder, as no one would
empty it at A/S – you could

it as well.

Appliance
Garage 1
Appliance garage will roll top
doors. This can go on top of
your counter top. Can also go
between counter top and
upper wall cabinets (see my
orig kitchen pics for the
configuration I had)
Cabinets
My builder used cabinets A, 9,
Letters/numbers 10,16 for my laundry room. As
missing
I still have these cabinets in my
house but in the laundry and
bathrooms. So you’ll notice
those are missing from this list.
Just didn’t want to reletter/number the rest you
have for fear of mismatching
some part and messing up the
reassembly.
Frig Side Walls
Large panels in the same wood
to make it built
as the cabinet doors. If you
in
don’t want to use them to
flank the frig to make it look
more built in, you could
use/cut the wood for your foot
plate trim, or some other to
match the kitchen wood.
Width = 24”
Depth = 12.5” (inc doors/trim)
Height =18”
At A/S
(door is about .75” thick)
There are 2 of these panels
Each is 24” by 90”
Coming to A/S on the
truck July 17 or 18
No pic, just look like sheets of wood panels as
large as a frig.
