HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT Participant will distribute only what is listed on this application. Participant is responsible for the
quality and safety of what is distributed and is encouraged to obtain liability insurance for any products distributed. Participant shall
indemnify, keep and save harmless the Sammamish Farmers Market and all agencies the SFM has agreements with including the
Sammamish Chamber of Commerce and the City of Sammamish from and against any and all claims and demands, whether for
injuries to persons, or loss of life or damage to property, on or off the premises, arising out of the use of occupancy of the premises
by participant and shall defend at participant’s own expense any action brought against the Sammamish Farmers Market and any of
the above mentioned organizations or any other person or organization with which SFM has a contractual relationship by
participant’s acts or omissions.

Hall and Market.
