CTS Wildlife Survival Camp
Group Camp Manual
Group Members:
This manual is a pre/post camp document to make sure everyone is on the same
page, is aware of what they are responsible for, and what is expected of them. The
meals have specific requirements - as far as ingredient and cooking methods - and
each one needs to be evaluated and recorded in a digital photo. Each group member
will have one of these manuals for planning purposes and a completed master version
needs to be sent to the instructor one week before the camp. It will be printed out
and each group member is responsible for taking theirs on the camp to follow and
record. If any items are forgotten or not brought, they should be noted on the sheet.
Upon return from the camp, a final version of the manual needs to be sent to the
instructor with the meal evaluations, notes on equipment, photographs and
Good/Bad/Next Time all completed. This manual will be printed out, marked and
returned to the group.
Campers are encouraged to take pictures during the camp out and send up to ten of
their best pictures to the instructor to be kept for future reference.
