Most Outstanding CME Activity
Award Eligibility Requirements:
• The CME activity must be completed by a member of CACME.
• If CME activity is completed by a collaborative team, at least one collaborator must be
from a CACME member organization.
• The CME activity must be in compliance with the ACCME guidelines.
• The CME activity must have been completed within the last 14 months.
• An activity may be ongoing, (e.g. enduring material or series) but some outcomes data
will be required.
Criteria to evaluate an outstanding CME Activity will include, but is not
limited to:
• Innovative Quality: The evaluation will consider the CME activity’s representation of
new approaches to effective CME, such as incorporating quality data into the needs
assessment process.
• Creativity: The evaluation will consider the CME activity’s use of creative tactics,
delivery, learning styles and formats.
• Significance: The evaluation will consider the significance/relevance of the CME activity
to the CME profession.
• Impact: The evaluation will consider the impact of the CME activity’s outcomes to the
CME profession.

1. Review all CACME Awards General Information and Requirements
2. Complete nomination form (ATTACHED)
3. Then, email the nomination form with attachment to
