Why go to great lengths to express the Wings corporate culture? Because our corporate
culture defines the experience of all who interact with our company, from our employees to
our clients. It is the sum of our shared beliefs and values, characteristics and behaviours,
attitudes and perceptions. In the Wings culture, we value camaraderie, professionalism,

Camaraderie – A spirit of familiarity and trust between friends
As remarkable as it may sound, when you walk into Wings, you walk into a family with open
arms. Together we share goals, values and long-term commitments. We build personal and
professional relationships that support us in achieving our goals.
It’s the simple things that foster this sense of camaraderie: from offering a friendly greeting
each morning as you enter the office to meeting socially after hours to unwind from the

How do we support this?
We believe it’s important to create an environment where you can have fun, work together
and support one another. To us, having a good time and maintaining the highest level of
professionalism are not mutually exclusive.
To that end, Wings provides exceptional facilities and support services that promote the
ability of team members to work as just that – members of a team – no matter where in the
world we are.
When we see a fellow staff member struggling, we offer a helping hand, even if the issue
they’re struggling with isn’t typically our job. No form of support is too big or too small. We
learn from each other constantly in all that we do, from sharing stories to working together on
a task.
At the heart of our culture is a family bond: we treat our co-workers with the same respect
that we would treat our own family. The benefit of this culture is most evident in challenging

At Wings, we continue to invest in a variety of non-monetary benefits, including social
activities such as Friday after-work social gatherings, monthly sponsored lunches, family days,
Wings Amazing Race (WAR) and impromptu social events. Leaders take time to attend all
social functions, often hosting them. We strongly urge our staff to create social networks and
friendships at work whilst embracing the culture.

Wings made a decision in 2000 to become ISO 9001 certified, a natural extension of our
mission to attain perfection and standardisation. Our MAPS (Menu of Abbreviated Processes)
are testament to this commitment to consistency. By very careful design, they ensure
standardisation and uniformity of our brand experience, while allowing for individual flair and
innovation within guidelines.
One of the Wings values, “integrity beyond reproach,” represents another prime example of
our high professional standards. Integrity is a steadfast adherence to a strict moral and
ethical code, and this is apparent in everything we do. Wings people act ethically in all our
interactions and business processes. We also take confidentiality very seriously, whether with
our clients or our own intellectual property.
Exceptional service is paramount with our staff, who go beyond the call of duty to deliver
value to our clients, both internal and external. We do not compromise on individual flair.

What are the attributes of an entrepreneurial spirit?
Wings prides itself on being innovative, from our technology products to how we do things.
We encourage new ideas and input from all staff, and believe there’s no such thing as a bad
idea. From our innovative thinking come products and solutions that are first to market.
We are persistent in achieving our goals. We believe anything is possible and choose not to
take “no” for an answer from anyone. By the same argument, we choose not to say “no” to
our clients. When a task seems an insurmountable challenge, we will always do what it takes
to get the job done, even if that requires us to find an alternate solution. We are a
persevering company, seizing opportunities as they arrive and tackling them with passion,
never afraid of the size and complexity of the challenge.
As well as being innovative, we are extremely technology driven. We provide cutting-edge

comes to our targeted niche market, we aim to be the benchmark.
How do we portray our expertise?
We strongly believe in making a real difference and adding value in all that we do on a daily
basis, and not only on our operational side of the business. Each of us, from our administrators
to our Chairman, adds value. We always go that extra distance without being told to. This
comes from our passion for the business and pride in the service we deliver.
In our Mission Statement we say we want to be the benchmark in the industry. This is by no
means simply aspirational. It is our reality. We all strive for the same goal and behave as the
voice of authority in our industry. We always endeavour to be leaders, not followers.
We invest heavily in training to provide our staff with the means to deliver excellent customer
service.
Our clients are our number-one priority, and we make sure they know it. We strive to make
