2014-2015 6th Grade Summer Transition Camp
What is Transition Camp?
Transition Camp has been designed to include all incoming 6th graders. This is an
opportunity for scholars to become more comfortable with their peers, to learn about the route
to college, and learn the skills that are necessary for a successful transition to middle school.

All incoming 6th grade scholars

June 26th and 27th

What do I wear to Transition Camp?
UNIFORM IS MANDATORY
Returning scholars have the option of wearing their previous year’s uniform (5th grade
uniform). Scholars who are new to Uplift Summit may wear a maroon or white polo and navy
slacks. (No shorts allowed)
