SXC Series U12 Races
Round 1 – Cathkin Braes, Glasgow
Sunday 22nd March 2015
VOLUNTEER EVENT INFORMATION
Introduction
This is the first round of a 6 round national cross-country MTB series aimed at children and young
people. The eagerly anticipated series is aimed at developing mountain bike racing for young
people. As you can imagine organising such an event requires an immense amount of hard work.
Without the help of volunteers it would not be possible to deliver the event. In order to manage the
event in the safest possible way we will need you to take on one of specific roles which are detailed
below. Other than for first aiders, experience/qualifications are not mandatory as briefing will be
given on the day. This document outlines all the specific roles and overall event information.
We would like to thank you for volunteering to assist delivering the SXC Series in 2014.
