2 Minute Microwave Omelette
Ingredients: 2 Eggs and any of following:







Cheese, grated
Bacon or ham
Onion finely chopped
Capsicum finely chopped
Tomato chopped
Mushrooms, sliced
½ Teaspoon of Mixed Herbs
1. Spray the inside of a microwave-safe bowl with oil.
2. Break 2 eggs into a bowl. Mix with a fork.
3. Mix in the other items you have chosen.
4. Cover the bowl with Glad wrap, leaving one corner open.
5. Microwave on High for 1 Minute.
6. Pull up the loose cover and stir.
7. Return to Microwave. Cook for 40 Seconds.
8. Remove the Glad Wrap and turn the Omelette onto a plate.
9. Season with Salt and Pepper. Serve with a light salad.
