Let’s do great things together Innovations Lab Kosovo is looking for volunteers to support its By Youth For Youth and Youth Advocacy Platform teams. Volunteers will work closely with the Lab team to support key initiatives, including the development and implementation of a new youth advocacy training and leadership model, and the creation of database of Lab stakeholders to support the Lab’s efforts to build a network of engaged young social, civic, and business leaders. By Youth For Youth Volunteer Duration: 3 months Responsibilities: Analyzing youth-led project narrative reports, outreach reports, and monitoring documentation to identify and extract key indicators; Provide input into the development of Lab monitoring and evaluation forms and database; Entry of extracted data into database; Operational support for programme activities including Social Innovation Camp Kosovo and youth-led project monitoring; Assisting on the field during outreach and campaigns, as well as ability for photography during the field trips. Qualifications: 18-25 years old; Able to commit approximately 8-10 hours per week; Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel or their open-source equivalents; Experience utilizing statistical databases a plus; Experience with project monitoring a plus; Demonstrated success in working independently; Fluent or near-fluent in English and Albanian; An psychology, social science, or computer science degree is preferred; An interest in development, social enterprise, or project management is recommended; An economics, psychology, social science (e.g. political science or sociology), or computer science degree is preferred. Youth Advocacy Platform Volunteer Duration: 3 months Responsibilities Assist YAP team in the implementation of public advocacy campaign activities in seven municipalities; Support with documentation of activities conducted with young people; Review and identify relevant indicators in project files, per discussions with YAP team; Perform data entry of relevant indicators into a pre-existing database; Support various program activities including outreach to young people, training sessions, and other ongoing YAP activities. Qualifications 18-25 years old; Able to commit approximately 8-10 hours per week; Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel or their open-source equivalents; Demonstrated success in training delivery or event planning/coordination; Fluent or near-fluent in English and Albanian; An economics, psychology, social science (e.g. political science or sociology), or computer science degree is preferred; An interest in development, advocacy, or project management is recommended; Experience in data collection techniques and procedures is preferred.
