Egypt is considered a leader in the high-impact entrepreneurship ecosystem in Egypt.

We are seeking professionals who are passionate about entrepreneurship and believe in Endeavor’s mission to support highimpact entrepreneurs to catalyze growth and change in Egypt. Endeavor provides a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
for those who enjoy a challenging environment where initiative is both expected and required, and an opportunity to take on
leadership roles for developing new and exciting initiatives and partnerships to support entrepreneurs in Egypt. As a wellestablished international organization, Endeavor also provides and requires access to influential thought leaders from Egypt
and around the world.
Responsibilities - include but not limited to
 Together with the Selection & Growth Associate working closely with the Global Team based in New York City,
identify and select high-impact entrepreneurs to be Endeavor Entrepreneur candidates from Egypt
 Manage relationships with candidates and selected Endeavor Entrepreneurs, including developing needs assessment
(capital needs, networking, services, strategic alliances, international contacts, research, etc), ensuring deployment of
services as appropriate, as well as tracking and monitoring progress
 Establish strong relationship with mentors, local investors, venture capitals, multinational firms and other potential
partners for synergies with the Endeavor network.
 Work together with Selection & Growth Associate on Entrepreneur Profile; gathering information, interviewing
candidate, and articulating business value proposition.
 Other special assignments as agreed with the Selection & Growth Associate and Managing Director that would
support Endeavor’s mission and the overall entrepreneurship ecosystem in Egypt
Qualifications
 Strong interest in and passion for Endeavor’s mission and entrepreneurship
 Bachelor’s degree in any field with a strong academic record; preferably Business/Economics
 Interest and desire to pursue a career in business, consulting, finance, sales and marketing, business development,
strategic planning, organizational strategy, entrepreneurship and/or international development
 Superior interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
 Strong business knowledge and judgment: ability to understand Entrepreneurs’ business challenges and opportunities
 Excellent English & Arabic, both in written and oral communication skills.
 Knowledge and understanding of Egypt’s economic, political and business climate is an advantage
 Strong computer software proficiency, especially Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Google Apps

Compensation
Although Endeavor cannot offer compensation for this internship, we will support qualified candidates to seek out external
funding.
