Option 1B: Compression - Option for completing Military Science minor by which cadets take 100 and 200 level MSL lecture courses in the same year. 300 and 400 level MSL courses cannot be compressed and must be taken in sequential years. Option 2: Leadership Training Course (now CIET) - LTC is camp that a student can attend at Fort Knox, Kentucky in the summer prior to the last two years of their undergraduate degree. This camp will make up for all 100 and 200 level course material. Option 3: Lateral Entry - A student who is prior service, current National Guard or Reserve, with verification of completion of an initial entry program (basic training), has satisfied all 100 and 200 level course requirements for the Military Science minor.
