 All coaches and their staff are responsible for supporting the Port Credit Hockey Association. They are required to
attend all Association coaching meetings and to fulfill all obligations as required in the Coaches Responsibility
Agreement. Please download both documents, complete the required information and email to
bill.beaton@portcredithockey.com
 Applications for assistant coaches are required as well. All new Coaches to Port Credit will be required to submit a
“police check” or confirmation from the MHL.
 Existing coaches; email HL Head Coach, Dave Neale (david.neale@portcredithockey.com ), by March 31, 2016
indicating whether or not you would like to coach again next season.
 All potential new House League Coaches (including coaches graduating from our paperweight division) should
have their application submitted by March 31, 2016.
 The PCHA Coaching Committee will be conducting interviews starting April 25, 2016 for all new and returning
coaches. Thereafter recommendations from the Committee will be presented to the Port Credit Executives for
approval with final decisions announced as soon as possible.
