In this course we will examine how gender shapes our everyday experiences and interactions. The social psychology of gender is inherently an interdisciplinary field and so over the course of the semester we will be drawing on both sociology and psychology to consider the reciprocal relationship between the social environment and individual experiences and understandings of gender.
