Lec. 3, cr. 3. Prerequisites: SOC 10000 and another 30000 or
40000 level course in SOC with a grade of C or higher, or
permission of instructor.
This course will introduce students to the study of social
movements, which are a major source of social change in the
world today. Will look at a number of social movements from
a global perspective.
